This lamp is really fun...the whole thing stands 31" high! He glows amazingly bright in a dark room! This one is offered on eBay this week,

More pictures of work to follow soon! Don't forget the STJ update September 13th at http://www.spookytimejingles.com/ to see the Harvest Moon Lamp below and lots of other beautiful Holiday art for sale! And I have to mention, my sister, my much adored only sibling and BFF has started a blog! She is also an artist and a wonderful writer. She was diagnosed with MS almost 4 years ago, and she hopes to purge some of her frustrations and experiences through writing about it, as well as post any art she is working on. The link to her blog is http://thehalloweenstress.blogspot.com/2009/09/september-12.html?showComment=1252763548159#c4280799402310895872
Hope you'll stop by and say "hey"!!! She has more talent than you can shake a stick at. There is nothing she can't do. Her main passion is woodworking. She is also a fabulous jewlery maker and seamstress. She can carve anything. Make something old look new. Make something new look old. Restore antiques. Re-build an engine. Bake bread and cookies. Paint anything. She has style oozing out of her pours! And she is the funniest person I know!

What a beautiful lamp! The facial expression is wonderful!
Great lamp...that one should be lit all year round...just too cute for a few weeks then put away...NEVER!!
Thank you Lori!

Brandi
Aww, hearts sistoi. I love the lamp, can't wait to see what you do with the one we found yesterday!
I just "purchased" orange spray paint to remake new JOL pointing signs for Ellie's party! I want to bring back the remaining one and cut out more replicas. It is really an heirloom at this point.
Oooo.....I love the lamp!!! The hat is so danged glittery...did you make it? Is that glass glitter or regular? I agree with Georgina...that sucker should stay up all year. How perfect would that be in an all black entry way with a checkered tile floor?
Oh Thanks Laura!! It was so much fun....I wish you lived closer and we could make glittery things together...have to make that studio trip happen next year!
I think this is my favorite so far, Brandi -- just my attraction to things that smile and sparkle. Absolutely wonderful piece!
